Neeraj Malik

Neeraj is one of the Founding Partners here at Gray Law and does in fact not only share the vision which laid the bedrock for Gray Law but also has been a significant contributor to that very vision and all that it stands for. Neeraj has been a pivotal part of Gray Law, having deep legal understanding of Commercial Laws and Disputes, Neeraj has been at the helm of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice here at Gray Law.

Neeraj commenced his career with Khaitan and Khaitan and practised with the Commercial Disputes and Civil Litigation team where he represented various notable and reputed clients in the logistics, FMCG, electronics and construction sectors and also handled several arbitrations meticulously. Neeraj advised and represented clients before various fora including the High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Neeraj was inducted with Economic Laws Practice in 2021 where he assumed the seminal responsibility of handling notable big ticket arbitrations and advised and represented clients across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, alco-bev and explosives. Neeraj’s staunch experience in civil and commercial laws not only garnered favourable results for clients but also hastened Neeraj’s ascent up the corporate ladder. Neeraj’s approach to dispute resolution includes a seamless blend of efficiency which is lent strength by diverse knowledge in the field and sharp strategic skills, an important factor of the success achieved by Neeraj has been a composed approach to address disputes and seek a pragmatic strategic resolution of the issue at hand.
